If a site visit is required, we arrange it with you. A call-out fee applies only to a physical site visit to quote, to cover transport costs.
What the call-out covers
Our call-out fee applies only when we travel for a physical site visit to quote. It covers transport costs for that visit. There is no deposit to book a site visit.
Customers can book both enquiries and site visits. Where a deposit is requested for a particular booking, we will discuss that with you before the booking is confirmed.
